"A petite young lady, Trinda has lots of explosive power. A Waacking dancer, she embodies strength and versatility in her movements and makes her presence felt on the dance floor.
Trinda has been training x2 a week for the past 2 years. Her training involves full body workouts that ranges from big lifts to agility and functional drills.
Trinda has been a great friend since our university days and I'm honoured to be able to guide her in her fitness journey as her PT. Let's keep going sista!!"
