“I joined FITLUC in November last year, and my goal then was to lose weight and to try out strength training, which I have never done.
I feel that Rachelle positions herself as a friend who cares about your wellbeing and health, more than distancing herself as a fitness instructor. She also provided some easy-to-follow tips, on how to eat clean at home and outside.
